  • What is the delivery time?
    We offer same-day delivery for orders, we will provide an estimated time of arrival with your order.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept cash and e-transfers.
  • Is there a minimum order for delivery?
    Yes, our minimum order for delivery is $50. Orders below this amount will not qualify for delivery services.
  • Do you have a delivery fee?
    Delivery is free on orders over $50. For orders below the minimum, a small delivery fee of $20 will be applied.
  • How do I know the quality of your products?
    We source all our cannabis and paraphernalia from trusted, high-end suppliers. Every product undergoes rigorous quality testing to ensure purity, potency, and consistency.
  • Is there a limit to how much cannabis I can order?
    Yes, in accordance with local laws, customers can order up to 30g of cannabis per transaction.
  • What is your return policy?
    For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on cannabis products. However, if you have any issues with your order, please reach out to our customer service team, and we will do our best to resolve it.
  • Can I make changes to my order after it’s placed?
    Changes can be made depending on the order status. Contact our support team as soon as possible, and we’ll assist you.
  • Do I need an ID to receive my delivery?
    Yes, you must provide a valid government-issued ID at the time of delivery to verify you are of legal age to purchase cannabis.
  • What if I’m not home when my delivery arrives?
    If you’re not available at the time of delivery, our driver will contact you to reschedule (for a fee). We do not leave packages unattended
